The adjoining Verdelho room provides the perfect choice for smaller functions. Functions of up to 30 guests are comfortably accommodated in the Verdelho room. Take in the scenic views through the Athol Valley to the shimmering lights of Toowoomba City.

Wedding Function Menu
Hors d’ oeuvres
(Your choice of five warm finger foods)
· Tandoori chicken kebabs.
· Coriander and lemongrass infused fish cakes.
· Mushroom and pecan balls wrapped in pancetta.
· Spinach, cream cheese and bacon spirals.
· Beef, basil and sundried tomato meatballs.
· Mini quiche lorraines.
· Crostini with roasted capsicum, anchovies, capers and melted cheese.
Warm finger foods (Vegetarian)
· Mini zucchini and corn fritters.
· Mini sweet potato and chickpea fritters.
· Caramelised onion and soft blue cheese tartlets.
· Crispy warm samosas with soy and sweet chilli sauces.
· Vegetarian filled spring rolls with soy and sweet chilli sauces.
Platters (Your choice of one platter)
· Mediterranean antipasto platters.
· Cheese platters with a selection of cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, dips and nuts.
· Selection of homemade ribbon sandwiches.
Main Course
(Your choice of two for an alternate serve)
· Mediterranean Lamb tagine with pumpkin and cashew couscous salad.
· Darling Downs rib fillet served with chickpea and sweet potato patties and greek salad.
· Slow braised lamb shanks with pumpkin and bacon risotto and warm seasonal vegetables.
· Lamb Keftes with toasted pine nuts and raisins served with cucumber, avocado and mint salad with toasted Turkish bread on the side.
· Baked avocado chicken kiev or oven roasted chicken breast wrapped in crispy puff pastry filled with tomato, fresh herbs and toasted almonds served with roast potato and garden salad.
· Cumin and coriander crusted lamb cutlets with zucchini and corn fritters served with mixed tomato and spinach salad.
· Roast pork cutlet with baked fruit mince filled royal gala and potato and bacon au gratin.
Dessert and complimentary tea/coffee

Price per guest is $45 for three courses or $38 (two courses) $1 per guest (cake cutting)
